Our new, convenient service, Mercyhealth teleMedicine, allows patients to connect with board certified primary and specialty care physicians* for secure, live, on demand video visits using a computer, smartphone or tablet. From a follow-up physician visit, to counseling and medication refills, to common health concerns–Mercyhealth teleMedicine is here for you from the comfort of your home. Our teleMedicine option is available now if deemed appropriate by your provider. Contact your provider to find out if your visit qualifies.

MercyCare has waived the cost sharing for inpatient admissions that are primarily related to COVID treatment.

Prescription Drug Refills- Maintenance Medications
MercyCare has relaxed our refill policy to provide members earlier access to prescription medications. This applies to all lines of business up to a 90-day supply with the exception of individual, which will be limited to a 30-day supply.
