MercyCare’s depression care program is a partnership between you and your health care team to optimize your health and prevent condition related complications. With additional support from our nurse case manager, you can begin to take steps toward better health.
How MercyCare can help:
- Communication and education to teach you more about depression and how to manage it
- Coordinate care by keeping your health care providers informed of your condition and services we provide
- Assist you in developing a self-care action plan
- Provide information about your antidepressant medication and psychotherapy
Who is eligible?
The depression care program is voluntary and available at no cost to MercyCare adult members who have depression and/or have recently starting taking medication to treat depression.
