MercyCare continually strives to ensure quality service to our members; we randomly select members’ calls to take our customer service feedback survey. To better serve our members, we share survey results and comments with our management and customer service department. We appreciate the time and effort our members take to let us know how we are doing.

MercyCare invites feedback on the service you receive from our customer service representatives. The document below is a brief survey to complete so that MercyCare can better understand our members’ needs and wants. The completed survey can be faxed, mailed or emailed back to us.
